摘　　要：基于激发学生学习热情、发挥学习潜能目的,设计并实施了人类性状遗传学开放实验,该开放实验综合了经典遗传学、分子遗传与群体遗传的理论知识,深化了遗传学实验的内容,培养了学生驾驭知识的能力,锻炼了分子遗传实验技术。经过3年的实践,总体上达到了让学生掌握分子遗传实验技术、群体遗传数据分析技术、培养学生的创新思维、提高学生实际动手能力和综合素质的目的。Based on stimulating students'learning enthusiasm,learning to play potential,"human genetic"open experiment has been designed and implemented.Through the open laboratory course,students can not only master molecular genetic experimental skills,but also improve their understanding of theoretic knowledge through independent design and optimization of molecular techniques.This laboratory course has proved effective and received good reviews from the students.After three years of research and practice,the goal of the open laboratory course with independent design and implementation by the students has been achieved.
