摘 要:单一形式的固沙措施已经不能满足防风治沙的需要,寻找经济高效的方式势在必行。为了探究沙蒿胶-微藻的联合固沙效果,采用不同质量浓度(以叶绿素a含量表示,设定10,20,30 mg/L)的具鞘微鞘藻(Microcoleus vaginatus Gom.)和爪哇伪枝藻(Scytonema javanicum)4 1的混合溶液与不同质量分数(0.05%,0.10%,0.20%)的沙蒿胶溶液按照一定的体积比(10 0,9 1,7 3,3 7,1 9,0 10)先后均匀喷洒于沙盘表面,待生物结皮(或固结层)形成后,运用自行设计的试验装置,对固沙试样的抗风蚀能力进行测定。结果表明:(1)沙蒿胶喷洒于沙样表面形成的固结层可为微藻生物结皮的形成提供一个固定的生境;(2)沙漠喷洒最适宜组合为沙蒿胶质量分数为0.10%、微藻质量浓度为20 mg/L、混合溶液体积比为7 3;(3)随着沙蒿胶质量分数的增大,起动风速呈现增大的趋势,20 m/s的风蚀率明显降低。A single form of sand fixation can’t meet the needs of the windbreak and sand control,so seeking for a cost effective way has already been a task which is imperative.In order to explore the effect of the combination of Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum(ASKG)and microalgae on sand fixation,an experiment by spraying successively and evenly different volume ratios(100,91,73,37,19,010)of different mixed solution expressed as the concentration of chlorophyll a(10,20,30mg/L)of a volume ratio of41of Microcoleus vaginatus Gom.to Scytonema javanicum and different concentrations(0.05%,0.10%,0.20%)of ASKG on the sand tray is carried out.After the formation of biological crust(or consolidation layer),the ability to resist wind erosion of sand samples is determined by a self-designed experimental device.Test results show that the consolidation layer formed on the sandy surface by spraying ASKG can provide a fixed habitat for the micro-algal crusts and the effect will be optimal when the volume ratio of73of ASKG(0.10%)to microalgae(20mg/L)is used to spray on the desert.With the increase of mass fraction of ASKG,the threshold velocity slightly increases and the erosion rate of20m/s obviously drops.
