摘  要:教师的倾听智慧是教师在真实具体的情境中,综合运用感官和思维对教育对象、参与者和教育环境等要素所显露出来的信息及时捕捉、认知、收集和处理,以便临机进行正确、合理的教育决策的实践智慧,但又和实践智慧在表现形式、作用方式两方面有所不同。其特征体现在感知与思维两方面,感知特征表现为教师感知的灵敏性、感官运用的全面性、协调性以及感知对象的多样性;思维特征表现为教师倾听智慧的形成和运用,既需要诉诸理性思维,也需要借助非理性思维。教师的倾听智慧具有极其重要的教育学意义,主要表现为通过倾听引导出学生的精彩观念。The teacher’s wisdom of listening is a kind of practical wisdom,through which teachers can use sensory and thinking to capture,recognize,collect and process the information that education objects,participants and education environment come out in a comprehensive way,and they can make the correct and reasonable decision of education.However,it is different from the practical wisdom in the form and the way of action.The characteristics can be reflected in both perception and thought,the perceptive features show the sensitivity of teachers'perception,the comprehensiveness and the coordination of sensory application,and the diversity of perception.The characteristic of thinking is that the formation and application of teacher’s wisdom requires both rational thinking and irrational thinking.The teacher's listening wisdom has an extremely important educational significance,mainly to listen and export the students'wonderful ideas.
