摘　　要：依据RSA快速筛选方法及GB 4789.40方法,在特异性、检测灵敏度、样品种类、培养条件等方面对伯乐公司RAPID'Sakazakii Agar克罗诺杆菌属显色培养基的性能进行评价。结果显示,该培养基特异性和选择性好,具有高检出率、易观察、易配制、使用方便等特点,可以作为一种选择性培养基在微生物检测行业推广使用。Through a number of experiments on Cronobacter app.by chromogenic medium for performance evaluation,the identification of target and non target bacteria was carried out by using the national standard GB4789.40-2010method.The result showed that RAPID'Sakazakii Agar medium can been used in microbial detection industry promotion,with its high detection rate,easy observation,easy preparation,convenient.
