推进江苏职业教育供给侧改革的路径思考

摘　　要：从江苏省职业院校招生、就业以及目前劳动力市场对人才层次和数量的需求分析,得出江苏职业教育供给侧改革面临的主要问题是供需失配、层次缺失、调整滞后、布局不均,指出江苏职业教育供给侧改革的目的是实现江苏职业教育优化结构,提升质量,增长效益,创新发展,解决目前技能技术人才面临的结构性问题,提出推进江苏职业教育从需求侧拉动到供给侧推动的有效途径.Based on the analysis of vocational college enrollment,graduate employment and the current requirement for talent level and quantity in the labor market,it can be concluded that the mismatch in supply and demand,lack of various levels,adjustment lag and unbalanced distribu-tion are the main problems faced by the vocational education in Jiangsu Province.As the supply side of talents and labor,the purposes of the ongoing reform in Jiangsu vocational education are to optimize structure,improve quality,increase benefit and promote innovative development.It also needs to resolve the present serious structural problems faced by the technical talents and provide an effective way to converting the driving force in vocational education from the market demand to the supply side.
