摘　　要：目的:通过检测脂肪肝患者的经络良导络值,探索人体经络的变化规律,分析其对临床的指导意义。方法:运用经络检测仪,以太渊、大陵、神门、腕骨、阳池、阳溪、太白、太冲、太溪、束骨、丘墟、冲阳,左右各12条经络的原穴或输穴为主,采集24条经脉的经络良导络值,录入软件进行聚类、相关性的分析研究。结果:本次共检测收集85例脂肪肝患者经络良导络值数据,通过统计分析,得出左侧的三焦经、大肠经、肾经,右侧三焦经等明显处于低能量状态,右侧的小肠经、心经、心包经、肺经等明显处于高能量状态。结论:经脉所对应脏腑呈现下虚上实的病理特点,对临床诊治脂肪肝有指导意义。Objective Through taking examination on Ryodoraku values of the meridian of the fatty liver to explore the change rule of human meridian,and analysis its guiding significance on clinic.Methods Using miniature meridian detector,predominantly by Shu-stream acupoint or Yuan-primary point with 12 meridian in both right and left including Taiyuan,Daling,Shenmen,Wangu,Yangchi,Yangxi,Taibai,Taichong,Taixi,Shugu,Qiuxu,Chongyang,collecting the 24 Ryodoraku values of the meridian in both right and left,then type the figure into relative software to do clustering analysis and other relative analysis and research.Results 85 fatty liver’s Ryodoraku values of the meridian has been examed and collected.After statistical and analysis,TE(left),LI(left),KI(left),TE(right)are in low energy states.SI(right),HT(right),PC(right),LU(right)are in high states.Conclusion The meridian corresponding to viscera takes on a case characteristics of excess in the upper body and deficiency in the lower body,has the guiding sense to the clinical treatment about the fatty liver.
