颗粒炭添加量对小曲白酒质量的影响

摘　　要：为了探究JTF-A酒用颗粒炭在小曲白酒生产过程中的应用,确定最佳添加量,对白酒处理过程进行跟踪实验,结果表明,在保证酒体质量的情况下,小曲颗粒炭的最大处理量可以达到2.2 t/kg;酒精颗粒炭处理量达到2.53 t/kg时,降度酒精中甲醇含量平均下降37.83%,说明酒精颗粒炭仍有吸附作用。In order to explore the application of JTF-A carbon particles in the production process of Xiaoqu Baijiu,and to determine the optimal addition level,the whole liquor processing was traced.The results suggested that,the maximum processing amount of Xiaoqu carbon particles could reach up to2.2t/kg under the prerequisite of ensuring liquor quality,and methanol content decreased by37.83%on average as the use level of alcohol carbon particles was2.53t/kg.
