摘  要:MOOC为学习者提供了自主学习的平台,但是高退课率一直是该领域未解决的难题。本项研究基于自主学习理论,分析了影响自主学习行为的关键要素从而确定文献分析的框架,其中一级维度包括心理因素、学习技能和学习环境。通过文献分析,发现MOOC对自主学习者带来的挑战主要有缺乏有效激发和维持学习动机的措施、课程设计的缺失及学习方式的碎片化制约了自主学习策略的实施、师生互动的有限性和联结式学习的低效性使得学习者得不到有效的指导。上述结论表明未来我国MOOC平台建设需要建立和完善激励机制,课程设计机制以及强联结式学习的特色优势。MOOCs provide a platform for autonomous learners,but the percentage of students completing MOOCs has been low.Based on self-directed learning theory,this study analyzes the key elements influencing self-learning behavior and sets the framework of literature analysis,including the psychological factors,learning skills and learning environment.Through the literature analysis,it is found that the MOOC has three main challenges to self-directed learners.First,MOOC lacks the measures to stimulate and maintain the motivation of learning effectively.Second,the lack of curriculum design and the fragmentation of learning mode restrict the implementation of autonomous learning strategies.At last,the inefficiency of connective learning makes it hard for the learners to get effective guidance.The conclusions also show that the future of Chinese MOOC platform construction needs to establish and improve the motivation system,curriculum design mechanism and strengthen advantages of connective learning.
