摘　　要：文章分别以"停车需求预测""停车规划""停车需求管理"和"停车需求预测模型"为关键词,通过CNKI搜索到相关文献192篇,并分析研究了每一类文献的研究现状和发展趋势。结合其他文献梳理了停车需求研究的来龙去脉,重点概括了停车需求预测模型的基本类型,以期为相关领域研究者和实践者了解国内外研究动态,推进停车预测和解决停车难题提供理论借鉴。Using“parking demand forecasting”,“planning of parking spaces”,“parking demand management”and“forecasting model of parking demand”as keywords,the paper has searched192related documents through CNKI.It also analyzes the research status and development trend of each kind of documents and sorts out the sequence of events about parking demand study through combining with other literatures.The focus of the paper generalizes the basic types of forecasting model of parking demand,aiming at not only enabling the researchers and practitioners to understand the research trend at home and abroad,but also providing theoretical reference for promoting the parkingforecast and solving the parking problems.
