摘 要:为了优化摇臂悬挂油缸端盖阻尼孔的尺寸,建立了油缸端部缓冲优化数学模型.以油缸端部的峰值压力及活塞运动速度为目标,采用MATLAB对阻尼孔尺寸进行了优化,使油缸端部峰值压力和活塞运动速度同时达到最低.优化结果表明:端盖阻尼孔直径为1.2 mm时,油缸端部峰值压力降至16 MPa,活塞速度降至0.17m/s,缓冲效果最佳.The swing arm suspension end cover is equipped with a damping hole for reducing the peak pressure.In order to optimize the size of the damping hole,a mathematical model of the buffer structure of the oil cylinder end is set up.Based on MATLAB,the simulation model is established and the dynamic characteristics of the high-speed buffer process are analyzed.Taking the cylinder end closed chamber at a high speed of peak pressure and acceleration as the control target,damping hole size mainly effect on the properties of high speed buffer has been quantitatively studied,and the damping hole size used to achieve the best effect was also optimized.The result showed that the best buffer effect was achieved when the diameter of the damping hole was1.2mm,the peak pressure of the cylinder end was reduced to16MPa,and the piston speed was reduced to0.17m/s.
