摘　　要：新疆作为国家西部建设的战略要地,发展离不开专业技术人才,而作为技术人才培养的基地,新疆高职院校教育不仅收纳更多思想素质过硬的学生,更重视在思想政治教育过程中强化学生创新能力。首先阐述新疆高职院校学生创新能力培养的重要意义,接着说明新疆高职院校思想政治教育在培养学生创新能力过程中的作用,再次分析新疆高职院校思想政治教育过程中培养学生创新能力存在的问题,最后立足当下,针对新疆高职院校思想政治教育过程中培养学生创新能力给出策略建议,以期为相关领域的研究提供有价值的参考。As an important part in western China construction,the development of Xinjiang cannot make process without the professional and technical personnel.As a basement of personnel training,Xinjiang higher vocational colleges not only absorb more excellent students,but pay more attention to strengthening students'innovation ability in the process of ideological and political education.This article starts from the importance of cultivating students'innovative ability of Higher Vocational Colleges in Xinjiang,and then illustrates the role and problems of Ideological and political education of Higher Vocational Colleges in Xinjiang in the process of cultivating students'innovative ability.Finally,basing on the present,the writer puts forward some strategies,to provide valuable reference for the related research fields.
