摘  要:为了提高高等学校教学质量,学生评教制度已经成为我国高校内部的一项常规性制度,实践中由于学生评教指标体系设计及评教结果使用不合理,学生评教制度不断遭到教师与学生直接相关者的抨击,使学生评教制度难以起到保障大学教学质量的作用。学生、教师、课程、评教指标体系等方面的因素,都会影响到高校学生评教的有效性。探讨有效评教的对策,就要设计科学合理多维度的学生评教指标体系,注重调动评教主体的积极性,要从学生的视角来设计问题,要优化评教指标体系的内容,使评教结果更趋于合理,并且最终能够正确合理应用评教结果。In order to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities,the system of students'evaluation of teaching has become a conventional system in colleges and universities in China.However,due to the deficiencies in the design of the evaluation index system and the unreasonable use of the evaluation results,this system has frequently been criticized by the teachers and students.It is difficult for the system to guarantee the quality of college teaching.The factors such as students,teachers,curriculum and the evaluation index system can affect the effectiveness of the students'evaluation.In order to have effective evaluation,we should pay attention to the motivation of the evaluation subjects,and design a scientific and rational evaluation index system from the perspective of students.We should also optimize the content of the evaluation index system,make the evaluation results more reasonable,and finally be able to apply the evaluation results correctly and rationally.
