高职学生“六位一体”的在校管理和实习管理探析

摘　　要：高职学生管理作为研究当前学生管理的重点,通过对高职学生在校和顶岗实习两个阶段的管理方法进行分析,把在校阶段归纳为"六位一体"的管理方法与学生顶岗实习管理,两种管理方法的构筑使学生管理体系得到了完善,希望对兄弟院校学生管理有所帮助和启发。Taking the management o f higher vocational students as the research focus,this paper analyses the management methods of higher vocational students when they are in school and take practical courses.The management method in the stage o f study at school is summed up as six-in-one method,and a perfect student management system is constructed based on six-in-one management and practice management,hoping to provide help and reference for other schools.
