摘 要:目的:探讨护生不良事件发生原因以及管理对策在实习中的应用。方法:选择我院2016年7月~2017年4月接收的护生共154名设置为实施后,2015年7月~2016年4月接收的护生155名设置为实施前,对实施前护生进行不良事件归类与原因分析后制定管理对策并应用于实施后护生中,分别对比两组护生的不良事件发生情况、护理理论与技能考核情况。结果:实施后护生护理不良事件发生情况、综合能力考核情况均优于实施前,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05),且实施后的不良事件发生时间更加均衡。结论:进行护理不良事件发生原因分析并制定针对性的管理对策能够降低护生的护理不良事件发生率并优化其护理综合能力。Objective:To explore the application of cause analysis of adverse events and management countermeasures in nursing students.Methods:To select154nursing students received in our hospital set as"after implementation"from July2016to April2017,155nursing students received set as"before implementation"from July2015to April2016.Adverse events classification and reasons analysis were carried out on the nursing students before implementation,then make management countermeasures apply to the nursing students after implementation,to compare two group's adverse events,nursing theory and skill examination.Results:After the implementation,the adverse events,comprehensive ability assessment were better than before the implementation,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the implementation of adverse events occurred time more balanced.Conclusion:To analyze the causes of adverse events and formulate the pertinent management measures,which can reduce the incidence of nursing students'adverse events and optimize their nursing comprehensive ability.
