摘　　要：分析住院医师规范培训(住培)的目标、医学模拟教育的内涵以及住院医师学习的特点,阐述了在住培中采用医学模拟方式进行培训的必然性及可行性。结合上海瑞金医院设置的住院医师医学模拟课程,从住院医师需求、课程形式、课程内容及授课主体几方面进行分析、分享课程规划经验。This article analyzed the goals of standardized risiency training,the rich connotations of healthcare simulation courses and the characteristics of resiency learning,then explained the necessity and the feasibility of applying healthcare stimulation courses in standardized residency training.Refering to the residents’simulation courses in Shanghai Ruijn Hospital,this study elaborated and shared the experience of course design in terms of requirements of the residents,the modality of the courses,contents of the courses and the course teachers.
