摘  要:刀具几何角度是机械制造技术基础课程重要的知识点,对后续章节的学习至关重要。基于单片机技术设计一种多功能动态刀具几何角度演示装置。通过按键控制舵机旋转动态展现刀具正交平面参考系及主要几何角度变化过程。利用语音播放系统实时讲解刀具几何角度定义和所处状态,采用液晶显示屏同步显示各角度定义和数值。实践表明:该教具增强了学生直观认识,有助于学生对知识点的理解和掌握,培养了学生的创新意识,教学效果显著,市场前景和推广价值较大,也为其他教具的制作提供了一个崭新的思路。Tool geometry angles is an important knowledge point of the fundamentals of mechanical manufacturing technology,and it is very important to study the following chapters.Based on single-chip microcomputer technology,a multi-functional dynamic tool geometry angles demonstration device is designed.The orthogonal plane frame of reference and the main geometrical angle of the tool are presented by the button control steering engine.The defi nition and the state of the tool geometrical angle are explained using the voice play system in real time,and the defi nition and value of each angle are displayed synchronously on the LCD display.The practice has shown that the teaching appliance enhance the students'intuitive understanding,help students to understand and grasp of knowledge points,cultivate the students'innovative consciousness,the teaching effect is remarkable,market prospect and promotion value is bigger.It also provides a new way for the development of other teaching appliance.
