摘 要:目的探讨PDA在肿瘤科实习护生实施床边综合能力带教模式的应用效果。方法将2016年度在我科的实习护生98人采用传统教学法进行临床带教作为对照组,2017年度在我科的实习护生112人应用科室带教小组自行设计的PDA床边综合能力带教模式应用于临床护理教学作为观察组。结果对观察组实习护生实施PDA床边综合能力带教模式的临床教学后,护生的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、及对科室护理教学的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PDA对实习护生实施床边综合能力带教模式,满足护生的临床实践需求,能充分提高护生实习的积极性和主动性,使护生更快适应临床实习工作,提高临床教学质量。Objective To investigate the effect of PDA applying in the teaching mode of bedside comprehensive ability of nursing students in the department of oncology.Methods 98 nursing students in our department receiving clinical teaching by traditional teaching method in 2016 were set as control group,and 112 nursing students in our department receiving clinical nursing teaching using the PDA teaching mode of bedside comprehensive ability designed by the teaching group of our department in 2017 as observation group.Results After the clinical teaching of the observation group using the PDA teaching mode of bedside comprehensive ability,the nursing students’theoretical examination results,practical examination results and satisfaction to the nursing mode of our department were significantly higher compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying PDA to practice nursing students'bedside comprehensive ability teaching mode to meet the needs of clinical practice of nursing students can fully improve the enthusiasm and initiative of nursing students,and make nursing students adapt to clinical practice faster and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
