摘　　要：外语,归根结底就是一种交流工具。外语之所以能够比其他专业有更广阔的就业空间,是因为它具有交流、传播不同信息的能力,适用于各个行业。但现如今,单一的外语人才已经不再满足市场需求,精通国际经济贸易、公司管理等专业知识的复合型外语人才在就业市场上颇受青睐。在拥有外语知识的同时,掌握相关的社会、金融、管理、I T等相关知识,以及具有较强的交际合作能力的综合型人才,才能满足全球经济一体化对外语人才的需要。Foreign languages,after all,are a communication tool.The reason why the majors of foreign languages have a broader employment space than other majors is that students majoring in foreign languages have the ability to communicate and spread different information,which is applicable to various industries.However,nowadays,talents with merely foreign language knowledge no longer meets the market demand.Compound foreign language talents who are proficient in international economics and trade and company management are popular in the job market.While possessing foreign language knowledge,it is necessary for graduates to acquire relevant knowledge about society,finance,management,and IT,and to develop a strong ability to communicate and cooperate,so as to become comprehensive talents that are able to meet the needs of global economic integration for foreign language talents.
