摘 要:[目的/意义]作为高度情境化的活动,企业知识共享、合作创新的模式应与合作双方实际相结合。国有集团公司与民营中小企业在所有制、规模等方面差异显著,在知识资源的开发和利用等环节各有所长,基于知识不断实现合作创新又是它们共同的目标,从知识这一关键资源视角专门探索二者合作创新的路径与模式。[方法/过程]在剖析国民合作创新为知识管理提供的独特研究情境基础上,进一步分析国有集团公司与民营中小企业知识分工的可行性与特殊性,继而提出内核式知识管理模式和无边界知识联盟的理念。[结果/结论]该模式和联盟基于知识仓库实现,国有集团公司负责建立、运营知识仓库以及据此实施战略性、基础性重大研发工程,其分拆出的行动单元以及外部广大民营中小企业则构成市场化合作活动的参与者。它们共同构成的知识生态圈有助增进跨所有制合作、行业知识资源优化配置,对无边界组织、知识仓库的建设亦有参考价值。[Purpose/Significance]As the high contextualized activities,models of enterprises knowledge sharing and cooperative innovation should be combined with actual conditions of cooperative enterprises.Because of significant difference in ownership,size and other aspects,both state-owned group enterprises and private-owned small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)have their own strong points in knowledge resource development and utilization,and regard knowledge-based cooperative innovation as their common goals.Therefore,this paper explores routes and models of cooperative innovation from the perspective of knowledge,one of the most critical resources nowadays.[Method/Process]By analyzing the unique knowledge management research context provided by cross-ownership cooperative,this paper points out feasibility and particularity of division of knowledge management activities between state-owned group enterprises and SMEs,and then proposes concepts and designs about core model of knowledge management and boundaryless knowledge alliance.[Result/Conclusion]The model and alliance are based upon knowledge warehouse,and State-owned group enterprises should be responsible for building and operating the knowledge warehouse,and implementing mega research and development projects with strategic and fundamentality value.Meanwhile,both action units split from the state-owned group enterprises and the external private-owned SMEs are the participators of the marketing cooperation activities.All of them consist of knowledge ecosystem that helps to bring about cross-ownership cooperation and optimal configuration of industrial knowledge resource,and also provide some implications for the building of both boundaryless organizations and knowledge warehouse.
