摘　　要：大学本科生物相关专业课程中,细胞生物学属于重要的专业基础课。该课程的相关实验教学内容对培养高素质综合型人才具有举足轻重的作用。针对综合大学生命科学细胞生物学传统实验教学的不足,通过改进实验教学内容,引入创新性实验,改变教学模式,加强教学梯队建设,提高实验教学条件等方面进行了实验教学改革探讨,以期培养学生的创新意识及基本的科学素养,在实践中摸索出提高大学本科细胞生物学实验教学的方法措施。Cell biology is an important basic course in undergraduate biology related course,its relevant experimental teaching content of the course has a decisive role in training high-quality comprehensive talents.In this paper,aiming at the shortage of cell biology,we improve the traditional experimental teaching,increase experimental teaching contents,introduce innovative experiment,change the teaching mode,strengthen the teaching team building,enhance the teaching conditions and other aspects of the reforms of experimental teaching,to cultivate students'innovation consciousness and basic scientific literacy.The methods and measures of undergraduate′s experimental teaching of cell biology have been improved in practice
