聚焦解决模式对脑胶质瘤术后病人自我管理效能感及生命意义的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式对脑胶质瘤术后病人自我管理效能感和生命意义的影响。方法以82例脑胶质瘤术后病人为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予聚焦解决模式干预;应用癌症自我管理效能感量表和癌症病人生命意义量表评价干预前后效果。结果观察组病人干预后自我管理效能感及各维度得分明显高于干预前(P<0.05),也明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组病人干预前后自我管理效能感及各维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组病人干预后生命意义及各维度得分明显高于干预前(P<0.05),也明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组病人干预前后自我管理效能感及各维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式能够提高脑胶质瘤术后病人的自我管理效能和生命意义水平,促进病人康复。Objective To explore the effects of solution focused intervention on Self-management efficacy and meanings of life in the patients with gliomas after the surgery.Methods Eighty two patients with gliomas were randomly divided into control group in which the routine nursing measures were performed and intervention group in which the solution focused intervention was performed on the basis of the routine nursing measure.The self-management efficacy and meanings of life were evaluated by cancer self-management efficacy scale and cancer patient's meaning of life scale in all the patients before and after the intervention.Results The scores of self-management efficacy[(94.04±23.70)points]and the meaning of life scale[(80.90±11.08)points]were significantly higher after the intervention respectively than those[(80.00±19.98)points and(64.09±12.22)points respectively]before the intervention in the intervention group(P<0.05).The scores of self-management efficacy scale[(90.04±23.70)points]and meaning of life scale[(80.90±11.08)points]were significantly higher in the intervention group respectively than those[(83.03±17.78)points and(68.68±11.47)points respectively]in the control group after the intervention.There were insignificant differences in the score of self-management efficacy and meaning of life scale in the control group before and after the intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion Solution focused intervention can improve the self-management efficacy and the meaning of life and promote the recovery in the patients with gliomas after the surgery.
