摘　　要：医学院校的学生作为未来医务人员的唯一来源,他们对临床营养知识的掌握情况,直接影响着未来医务人员临床营养工作的水平和能力。教改课题组在原有教学模式基础上进行了一些改革探索。在上完营养学相关内容课程后,对学生进行自填式问卷调查,比较教学改革前后学生临床营养知识的掌握情况。结果显示因受学时所限,学生临床营养知识掌握率偏低。而增加教学时数及教学形式多样化对提高学生临床营养知识的得分有显著作用。As the sole source of future medical staff,the clinical nutrition level of students in medical colleges have a direct impact on the level and ability of their clinical nutrition work in the future.The teaching reform group has carried out some reform and exploration on the basis of the original teaching mode.The students are self-filled questionnaire survey after the course of nutrition related content,then to compare the level of clinical nutrition of the students before and after teaching reform.The results showed that the students’knowledge of clinical nutrition was low due to limited teaching hours.The increase of teaching hours and the diversity of teaching methods have a significant effect on improving students’clinical nutrition knowledge.
