摘　　要：人工智能技术的快速发展和广阔应用,对组织内部的知识管理产生了巨大的冲击。文章基于人工智能环境下知识管理的变革和发展视角,通过分析人工智能环境下的知识管理和知识组织,认为人工智能对知识管理特别是知识创造产生了实质性的变革,也为知识的组织与应用提供了发展支持。最后构建嵌入了深度学习、自然语言处理等人工智能技术的知识管理系统框架,实现了从知识创造到分享到利用的全链条的人工智能辅助知识管理。The rapid development and wide applications of artificial intelligence technology have greatly impacted the knowledge management inside organizations.From the perspective of knowledge management transformation and development under artificial intelligence environment,this paper analyzes the influence of artificial intelligence on knowledge creation and management.It shows that artificial intelligence brings in substantial transformation in knowledge management,especially knowledge creation,and also provides developing support for the organization and application of knowledge.Besides,this paper suggests that knowledge management system framework within artificial intelligence technology embedded,such as deep learning,natural language processing,etc.,in order to achieve all-chain knowledge management from knowledge creation to knowledge sharing to knowledge application.
