李建勋“学与术并重”的高师教育改革思想探微

摘　　要：李建勋是我国近代知名教育家。他长期从事高等师范教育理论和实践工作,并在此过程中形成了丰富的高等师范教育思想。特别是在高师教育改革方面,李建勋秉持"学与术并重"的改革理念,明确提出了高师院校独立设置、专业课程与专门课程兼顾、理论教学与参观实习统一、研究能力与教学能力并重等改革主张,对当前我国高等师范教育的改革与发展具有重要的借鉴意义。Li Jianxun was famous educator in modern China,who had been engaged in the theory and practice of higher normal education for a long time and formed the rich thought of higher normal education.Especially in the reform of normal education,Li Jianxun upheld the reforming idea of“equal emphasis on learning and technology”,explicitly put forward the assertions of independent setting of normal colleges and universities,combining of professional and specialized courses,unifying of theory teaching and visiting practice and equal emphasis on research ability and teaching ability.These assertions have great significance for the reform and development of higher normal education in China.
