摘　　要：在当前这个知识经济的时代中,只有在做好人力资源评估的前提下,企业才能控制买卖成本,做好人才防流失的措施,增大企业发展效益。本文通过对知识经济时代下人力资源价值评估工作的具体内容展开探究,希望能够为有关人员起到一些积极的参考作用。In the current era of knowledge-based economy,enterprises can control the buying and selling costs,do a good job in measures to prevent loss of talents and increase the development efficiency of enterprises only under the precondition of good human resources assessment.This article explores the specific content of human resource value assessment in the era of knowledge economy,hoping to play some positive reference role for the personnel concerned.
