摘　　要：实施基于自主创新的产学研一体化药学人才培养实践,建立了基于自主创新与"产学研"一体化的创新教育新体系、生物技术制药学研究型教学学科平台及课程体系,显著提升了本学科教育水平.At present,there is a lack of compound talents with independent innovation ability in the field of biotechnology pharmacy in China.We have practiced the independent innovation based integrated talents-cultured practice by the biotechnology pharmaceutical company,university and research Institute,construct the research integrated innovation education system and the new biotechnology pharmaceutical research teaching platform and curriculum system.Therefore,we significantly enhance the education level of the biotechnology pharmaceutical in our university.
