摘  要:农村幼儿园转岗教师的专业发展离不开相应支持体系。采用自编问卷和访谈了解农村幼儿园转岗教师专业发展支持现状。结果显示,农村幼儿园转岗教师专业发展支持存在以下不足:支持主体缺位、支持内容针对性有待提高、支持方式不足、支持制度保障不力、支持条件不够。针对这些不足,提出相应的路径建议。Professional development of rural transferred teachers in kindergarten needs support system.The current situation on professional development support of rural transferred teachers in kindergarten is surveyed by a self-made questionnaire and interview.Results reveals that there are some deficiencies in their professional development support as follows:support subject is vacant,the pertinence of support content is less,support pattern is deficient,support system is weak and support condition is insufficient.Based on these deficiencies,some corresponding approaches are put forward.
