摘 要:采用文献资料法、案例分析法等研究方法,对当前高职院校体育专业校企合作的合作模式以及存在的问题进行研究。研究结果显示:当前高职院校的校企合作模式包括直接路径和间接路径两种;主要表现有"订单式供给"、校企实训基地建设、"学徒制"培养模式以及"第二课堂"等。研究发现高职院校校企合作仍存在合作不深入;学生学业问题与企业需求不对称;校企合作实施机制不健全等问题。提出以下建议:努力构建学校和企业共赢长效机制;拓展校企合作模式;完善校企合作制度的实施机制、制定激励机制和监督机制。The paper studies the cooperation model and the existing problems of the cooperation of school and enterprise in higher vocational colleges by means of literature research and case analysis.The research shows:The current mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges includes 2 kinds--direct and indirect;the main patterns include"order supply",school-based training base construction,"apprenticeship"training model and the"second class".The study finds out that higher vocational colleges are still not in-depth cooperated with enterprises;students'academic problems and business needs are asymmetric;enterprise cooperation mechanism is not perfect.The following recommendations are made:to build schools and enterprises long-term win-win mechanism;to expand the school-enterprise cooperation model;to perfect the implementing mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation System;as well as to develop incentive mechanisms and oversight mechanisms.
