摘  要:目的:通过对毕业实习医生理论授课的初步探索和实践,证实开展基于毕业实习医生需求的理论授课的必要性和重要性。方法:在征求学生授课内容的基础上,安排全院性理论授课,开设《临床强化课程(内、外、妇、儿)》,规范各临床和医技科室教学查房和小讲课,并改革教学方法,采用多种形式进行临床理论授课。结果:经过一年的尝试,在本院形成了三个阶梯的临床理论授课体系,通过学习使学生的理论知识更加扎实,临床思维能力得到长足的进步,为今后工作奠定良好的基础。结论:经过对毕业实习医生的理论授课的初步实践,取得较好效果,拟在本校附属医院、教学医院推广应用。Objective Through the preliminary exploration and practice for theoretic teaching of graduation interns,Confirmed the necessity and important to carry out the theoretic teaching for interns.Methods On the basis of soliciting students'teaching content,arrange the whole college theoretic teaching,set up“clinical intensive course(medicine,surgery,gynecologyand pediatrics)”,Standard the teaching ward-round and lessons for each clinical and technical department,reform the teaching method and use various forms for clinical theoretic teaching.Result After attempting for one year,form three steps of clinical theoretic teaching system in our college,make students more solid theoretical knowledge and make great progress in clinical thinking ability,lay a good foundation for future work.Conclusion Through the preliminary practice of the graduation interns of theoretic teaching,it has achieved good effect,and it’s intended to be applied in the affiliated hospital and teaching hospital.
