摘  要:以温州地区种植的15个芜菁品种为材料,对其类黄酮、总多酚、硫代葡萄糖苷、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、抗坏血酸含量进行了测定与比较。结果表明,不同温州芜菁品种间的功能性组分含量表现出不同程度的差异,品种15p-18具有高类黄酮、高总多酚、高硫苷含量的优良品质,适宜作为优质栽培品种。Using 15 turnip cultivars planted in Wenzhou area as materials,the contents of flavonoids,total polyphenols,glucosinolates,soluble sugar,soluble solids and ascorbic acid in the materials were identified and compared.The results showed that the contents of functional components in different test cultivars were different.The cultivar 15p-18 had high quality performance,and its contents of flavonoids,total polyphenols and glucosinolates were high,so it was suitable as a high quality cultivar for cultivation.
