摘  要:采用顶空进样法(headspace,HS)和同时蒸馏萃取法(simultaneous distillation extraction,SDE)对杜氏盐藻的挥发性成分进行萃取,经气相色谱质谱仪分离和检测。共检测出39种挥发性成分。包括烷烃类8种、烯烃类2种、芳香烃类3种、醇类5种、酮类9种、醛类6种、酯类4种、酚类1种和呋喃类1种。其中顶空进样法检测出19种,相对含量较高的是8-十七烯(20.18%)、3-甲基-1-乙酸丁酯(17.25%)、3-甲基-1-丁醇(7.18%)和十七烷(6.21%);同时蒸馏萃取法检测出29种,相对含量较高的是二氢猕猴桃内酯(27.50%)、8-十七烯(23.37%)、十七烷(6.71%)和邻二甲苯(4.93%)。两种方法相互结合,更能对杜氏盐藻挥发性成分进行全面的分析。The volatile components of Dunaliella Salina were isolated by headspace(HS)injection and simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE)methods and then identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The result showed that 39 volatile components were identified,including alkanes(8),alkenes(2),arenes(3),alcohols(5),ketones(9),aldehydes(6),esters(4),phenol(1)and furan(1).Among them,19 kinds of compounds were identified from HS injection,and the main volatile compounds were 8-heptadecene(20.18%),3-methyl-1-butanol acetate(17.25%),3-methyl-1-butanol(7.18%)and heptadecane(6.21%).29 kinds of compounds were identified from SDE method,and the main compounds were dihydroactinidiolide(27.50%),8-heptadecene(23.37%),heptadecane(6.71%)and o-xylene(4.93%).Combined with the two methods could be achieved more comprehensive analysis of volatile components for Dunaliella salina.
