经济多元化视域下高职院校“小微专业”的创新——以东莞职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：为满足东莞经济多元化发展对人才的需求,结合东莞地区高职毕业生就业情况,分析当前高职院校各种多元化人才培养模式的利弊,提出建设低成本、高效率、高浓缩的"小微专业",覆盖基础理论学习、实训、实习三大板块,使学生具有相关行业就业的基础水平。在建设"小微专业"过程中,应注意师资来源低成本、高效率,课程设计高浓缩,符合市场需求。In order to meet the talent needs of the diversified development of economy in Dongguan,by surveying the current employment situation of the graduates from vocational colleges in Dongguan and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current training programs,the paper proposes the establishment of“small and micro majors”with low cost,high efficiency,and high concentration covering three domains-basic theory learning,practice and internship so as to make students acquire basic capacity in relevant professions.In the process of building“small and micro majors”,it is necessary to pay attention to the low cost of hiring teachers with high efficiency,high concentration in course design,and to meet the needs of the market for the majors.
