摘 要:由于本土人才培养不足、对外引进人才困难、人才流失严重等原因,民族地区人才资源总量不足、分布不均衡、高层次人才资源匮乏、双语人才紧缺,对人才的需求紧迫。作为民族地区人才培养的重要基地,民族高校应立足于民族地区的需求来改革创新人才培养模式。西南民族大学根据甘孜州的人才订单来进行定向人才培养,可缓解当地的人才短缺状况,有效服务于民族地区社会经济发展,对民族高校人才培养改革起着示范作用。但"订单定向式"人才培养模式在一定程度上受到观念、政策、资金、生源、制度、市场需求变化等因素的制约,因此,民族高校应积极争取政策和资金支持,准确把握人才需求,大力提升人才质量,不断完善"订单定向式"人才培养模式,为民族地区社会经济发展提供人才支撑。Low-level of local talent-cultivating,difficulties to attract migrant elites and loss of talent cause insufficient and unevenly distributed human resources as well as a shortage of high-level or bilingual talent,so the demand for talent is urgent in ethnic minority areas.As the important base for cultivating talent needed in ethnic minority areas,universities for nationalities should innovate their talent-cultivating pattern to meet local demands.As a typical case,Southwest Minzu University developed the directional training pattern according to“orders”for certain types of talent needed by Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,which improves the storage of local talent and promotes the development of the local economy as well as sets an example for reforms of talent-cultivating pattern in universities for nationalities.On the other hand,“order-oriented”talent-cultivating pattern may be restrained by elements such as ideas,policies,funds,student source,system and market demands.Therefore,universities for nationalities should also strive to get financial and policy support,accurately grasp demands for talent,raise the quality of personnel and constantly improve“order-oriented”training model in order to provide human support for the economic and social development of ethnic minority areas.
