来华医学留学生招生入学制度改革探析

摘　　要：随着中国对外教育迅猛发展,前来学医的留学生越来越多,而我国接受留学生的招生入学制度依旧传统,缺乏统一的综合评价学生机制和选拔标准,造成留学生入学门槛过于宽松,留学生招生质量不高。笔者从目前我国留学生招生制度存在的问题开始,结合天津医科大学的留学生招生考试实践,以及先进发达国家的留学生招生考试经验,对我国今后留学生招生入学制度的改革,提出了构想和建议。With the rapid development of the international education in China,more foreignstudents come to China to study medicine,but the enrollment system in China for the foreign studentsis still traditional,lack of unified comprehensive evaluation sys temfor the foreign students and selection criteria,resulting in thatthe enrollment threshold is too low,and the qualityof the foreign stu dentsis not high.Starting from the present problems in the enrollment system in China for the foreign students,the author puts for ward ideas and suggestions about the reform of the student enrollment system of the foreign students in China in the future through combining the practice of Medical University Of Tianjin in the enrollment examination for the foreign students and the advanced ex perience of developed countries.
