摘　　要：大学生阳光心态培育是进行挫折教育、提升大学生抗挫折能力的有效途径。探寻大学生阳光心态培育的理论基础可以更好地为实践服务。本文从自我效能感、积极心理学以及积极心理健康教育三个视角全面探讨大学生阳光心态培育的理论基础,以期为大学生阳光心态培育的实践提供一定的理论支撑。The cultivation of college students'positive mental attitude is an effective way to carry out frustration education and improve college students'ability to resist setbacks.The exploration of the theoretical basis for the cultivation of college students'positive mental attitude can better serve practice.From the three perspectives of self-efficacy,positive psychology and positive psychological health education,this paper comprehensively explores the theoretical basis for the cultivation of college students'positive mental attitude,in order to provide some theoretical support for the practice of college students'positive mental attitude cultivation.
