高职学生休学创业意愿的实证研究——以广东5所高职院校为例

摘　　要：采用大学生休学创业调查问卷,对广东5所高职院校学生创业意识水平进行了调研。统计结果表明:高职在校生对休学创业政策的了解不够,男生比女生更为积极,城镇生源和农村生源学生意愿程度相当,家庭有创业史的学生意愿明显高于家庭无创业史的学生,有创业经历的学生比没有创业经历的学生意愿要高,大二学生的意向最低,家庭年收入20万元以上的学生意愿高,理工类学生意愿最高。通过实证研究,总结影响高职院校学生休学创业的影响因素,为高职院校制定学生休学创业的各项改革政策提供参考和借鉴,并提出了构建高职学生休学创业管理体制机制的方法和路径。Using the suspension of entrepreneurial questionnaires,this paper investigated the level of entrepreneurial awareness of five vocational colleges in Guangdong.The statistical results showed that:the higher vocational college students unconcerned about the policy,boys are more active than girls in off-school entrepreneurship.Urban students and rural students have a similar degree of will.Families with entrepreneurial history are significantly higher than those who have not.The students who have entrepreneurial experience are higher than those who do not have entrepreneurial experience,and the intention of sophomores is the lowest,and the students whose income is above 200 thousand yuan will have higher willingness,and the willingness of science and engineering students will be the highest.Through the empirical research,the paper summarizes the influencing factors of the students off school of entrepreneurial intention,so as to provide reference and the reform policies of the students in the vocational colleges,puts forward the methods and path of constructing the mechanism of the students′management system.
