摘 要:对于高职业声望从业者面临的职业污名,学术界常常不重视其负面影响。本文认为,相比低职业声望从业人员,高职业声望从业者职业污名感知对员工幸福感的负面影响更大。本文进一步提出了高职业声望从业者职业污名感知经由相对剥夺感,进而降低员工幸福感的影响路径,以及职业认同和组织支持正反两个方向的调节机制。通过对210名医生的问卷调查,并对比来自183名护士的数据,本文所提假设获得了观测数据的支持。本文的发现有利于引起社会各界重视高职业声望从业人员面临的职业污名,启发并帮助相关行业引领者及企业管理层采取恰当措施,有效缓解职业污名的消极影响,提升从业者幸福水平。The negative impacts of occupational stigma which suffered by employees from high-prestige occupation always is overlooked by scholars.This study contends that the negative effect between occupational stigma perception and well-being is stronger for employees whose occupation own high prestige than low prestige.The present paper formulates a moderated-mediation model to explore the psychological mechanism and the boundary conditions of the relationship between high-prestige occupational employee occupational stigma perception(HPOSP)and well-being.Dawning on cognitive dissonance theory,we hypothesize that HPOSP is indirectly related to employee well-being through relative deprivation feeling.We further propose that occupational identification strengthens the hypothesized relationship,while organizational support weakens the main and indirect effect.To test the above hypotheses,we collected two field data,the high-prestige one from 210 doctors and the other low-prestige one from 183 nurses.The first hypothesis that negative relationship between occupational stigma perception and well-being is stronger for employee from high-prestige occupation than low-prestige is demonstrated by comparing the two field data.The other hypothesis about the influence mechanisms of HPOSP on employee well-being is demonstrated through data from doctors.[JP]This study have three theoretical contributes.Firstly,it expands the research field on dirty work form low-prestige occupation to high-prestige occupation.Yeas of research mostly focused on low-prestige dirty work for considering that the prestige is an umbrella to protect“good”occupation from hurting by stigma.However,our study insists that high-prestige occupation worker may suffer more based on cognitive dissonance perspective.Secondly,this study enriches the mediate mechanisms of occupational stigma perception.It is the first time for research to explore the indirect effect of relative deprivation feeling.In line with cognitive dissonance theory,individual will experience unh
