摘 要:目的对我区部队食品安全进行监督管理,以提高官兵的饮食安全水平。方法依据《食品安全法》和《军队卫生监督规定》,分别于2009年和2013年对部队硬件设施、管理制度及记录、现场取证、炊管理人员资质及能力考核4个方面进行食品安全监督检查。结果在148个被检单位中,2013年各单位在硬件设施、管理制度及记录、现场取证、炊管人员资质及能力考核4个方面的检查合格率均显著高于2009年。结论通过有效的监督管理,我区部队的食品安全水平得到了显著提高。Objective To enforce supervisory management of food safety in troops garrisoned in Jinan in order to improve the level of dietary safety.Methods According to the Food Safety Law of PRC and Guidelines for Military Hygienic Surveillance,we inspected the hardware,services,regulations,records,food quality,qualifications and ability of cooking personnel in 2009 and 2013 respectively.Results The qualified rates in 148 units were significantly higher in 2013 than in 2009 in terms of hardware,services,regulations,records,food quality,qualifications and ability of cooking personnel.Conclusion The level of food safety has been improved significantly by supervisory management in our troops.
