摘  要:针对输电线路相参数难以获取,且相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)数据存在随机噪声的实际问题,提出了一种线路相参数在线最小二乘辨识方法。该方法采用相分量方法,仅需多次正常运行时三相不平衡的线路双端PMU电压、电流量测数据,即可实现相参数的辨识。建立了线路三相参数的∏型等值模型,推导获得其参数的辨识方法,并应用基于Huber估计的抗差最小二乘法,降低量测中一般的随机噪声及坏数据对辨识结果的影响,实现抗差辨识。最后,仿真验证了所提方法的有效性以及抗噪能力。In allusion to difficulty in acquiring phase parameters of power transmission lines and problem of random noises in measured PMU data,this paper presents a new online least square identification method for phase parameters of lines.The method adopts the phase component method to realize the identification for the phase parameters only with multiple three-phase unbalanced measured data of PMU voltage and current at both ends of lines in normal operation.By establishing aΠtyped equivalent model for three-phase parameters of lines,it obtains the identification method based on the Huber estimation method which can reduce the impacts of general random noises and bad data on identification results and realize robust estimation.Finally,simulation results show the effectiveness and anti-noise capability of the proposed method.
