摘　　要：文章将产出为导向的教育理念应用于创新实践课程教学改革,以学生发展为中心,将"综合能力培养"作为课程建设目标,深入分析如何利用反向设计原则设计课程的教学模式和教学内容,提出了以学生能力与素质为评价宗旨的课程考核体系,并总结了对课程持续改进的方式。Focusing on students development,this paper applies the concept of outcome-based education to the curricular reform of the innovation practice.It sets cultivating comprehensive abilities as the aim of the course construction,analyzes how to use the reverse design principle to design the teaching mode and teaching contents,and then it proposes a course evaluation system based on valuing students ability and quality,and summarizes the course s continuous improvement mode.
