摘  要:简述了职业教育发达国家职业能力评价体系和开展学生职业能力评价的措施,阐述了我国在职业能力评价方面存在的主要问题,对我国高职学生职业能力评价提出4点建议:加强理论研究与实证,构建标准评价体系;评价方式多样化、评价主体多元化,增加评价有效性;评价应尊重学生个性化发展;引入《悉尼协议》国际范式,加强人才培养常态化监测。This paper briefly introduces the evaluation system of vocational ability of vocational education in developed countries and the measures to carry out the evaluation of students'professional ability.The paper also expounds the main problems existing in the evaluation of professional ability in our country,and puts forward four suggestions on the evaluation of vocational ability of higher vocational students in our country.Strengthen the theoretical research and empirical,build a standard evaluation system.Various evaluation methods and evaluation subjects,evaluation of the effectiveness of the increase.The evaluation should respect student's individuality development.The"Sydney agreement"international paradigm is introduced.The personnel training normalization monitoring should be strengthen.
