摘  要:为满足我国对涉海专业人才的战略需求,构建了海洋渔业创新人才的产教融合培养模式。该模式主要围绕专业链、平台链、产业链,使三链对接,链内模块化,从而使模块间达到相互深度融合。通过"三建四举"策略,深入推进产教融合,社会、企业、高校相互融合,培养人才从应用型到双创型转变,最终取得了理想的人才培养效果。in order to meet the strategic needs of marine talent in China,a new cultivation model of marine fishery creative talents,integration of production and education was constructed.The model mainly revolves around the specialized chain,the platform chain and the industrial chain,so that the three chains are docked and the chain is modularized so that the modules can achieve the deep integration with each other.Through the"three construction and four measures"strategy,present innovation and practice further promoted the integration of production and education,accelerated the fusing of society,enterprises and universities,cultivate talents from application to"Double creations"transformation,finally achieved the ideal effect of cultivating talents.
