摘　　要：技术知识共享与保护都是成功创新的必需品。合作创新中,保护自身核心知识的同时,如何实现与其他组织间知识共享已变得愈发重要。围绕合作创新中技术知识共享与知识保护之间的关系、影响因素和作用机制,以及平衡策略三个方面,对相关文献进行了梳理。在此基础上,构造了合作创新的不同阶段,技术知识共享与保护间矛盾的平衡过程与策略的框架。最后,结合已有研究存在的不足,提出了研究展望。Technological knowledge sharing and protection is the necessity for successful innovation in collaborative value creation.Protecting core knowledge in sharing has become increasingly important.This paper and summarizes the related articles published recently in the field of relationship,factors and mechanism,coping strategy between sharing and protection of technology.On this basis,it presents a theoretical framework for coping with the paradox in collaborative innovation and then discusses the future research directions.
