摘  要:教育是开发人力资本、提升生命质量的基本途径,贫困文化却严重束缚教育功能的发挥。贫困文化作为一种生活方式,使人产生强烈的宿命感、无助感和自卑感,过着受束缚的生活,终生忙碌而无闲暇,看不到未来。贫困文化对教育的束缚表现在四个方面:一是贫困文化排斥学校教育;二是贫困文化排斥人(女性)的现代化;三是贫困文化渗透在育人系统之中,并通过影响社区层面、家庭层面,进而束缚教育的发展;四是贫困文化导致短视的教育观,引发"关联失学"现象。突破贫困文化对教育的束缚,关键在于消除贫困文化的文化因子。只有充分发挥教育的文化功能,通过提高教育质量、变革贫困文化以及真正落实男女平等基本国策,才能消除贫困文化对教育的束缚,提高人口质量,实现反贫困目标。Education is the basic way to develop human capital to improve the quality of life,and poor culture is a serious constraint to the function of education.Poverty culture as a way of life,people have a strong sense of fatalism,helplessness and inferiority complex,living a bound life,life and busy without leisure,only the immediate,low level of education and so on.First,poverty culture rejects school education;secondly,poverty culture rejects the modernization of human(female);Third,poverty culture penetrates into education system,and through the impact of community level,The family level,and then the development of education;Finally,the culture of poverty in the short-sighted education under the influence of Mrelated out of school"phenomenon.Breaking through the shackles of poverty culture to education,the key is to eliminate the cultural factors of poverty culture.Only by giving full play to the cultural function of education,by improving the quality of education,changing the culture of poverty and the real implementation of the basic national policy of equality between men and women.
