摘　　要：近年来,各级单位举办的各类金融技能大赛,覆盖面不断扩大,影响力不断增强。其竞赛定位与高职金融专业人才培养目标相一致,对接就业岗位和职业资格考试,充分反映行业企业需要。高职院校应以市场为导向,以技能大赛为契机,全面推动高职金融专业改革和课程改革。实现"课岗证赛"融会贯通、明确培养目标、构建科学的课程体系、更新教学内容、创新教学组织、落实实践教学、改进教学评价体系。In recent years,all kinds of financial skills competitions organized by education departments at various levels have constantly expanded social influence.The competition orientation is consistent with the training target of higher vocational financial professionals,which fully reflects the needs of industry enterprises.Therefore,higher vocational college should move towards market orientation,take the skill competition as an opportunity,and comprehensively promote the reformof higher vocational financial specialty and the curriculumreform.
