摘　　要：课堂学习投入状态是保证课堂教学质量和学习效果的重要因素之一。本文通过对某师范大学英语专业学生课堂学习情况的观察和对部分学生的访谈,分析出他们课堂学习的状态和对于改善不良状态有哪些有效的策略,作者也对这些策略的运用进行了课堂观察,得出结论:教师支持和同伴支持、教师的个人职业素养、课程的内容设置和评价方式、教学管理等诸多因素的调控,是提升学生课堂学习投入状态的有效途径。Class engagement is one of the most important factors of guaranteeing teaching quality and effect.Through observing and interviewing part of the English majors of a normal university,this paper analyzes their class engagement and the effective strategies.After observing the application of these strategies,the writer makes the conclusion:teacher support and peer support,teacher's professional qualities,course content and assessment approach,teaching management are effective approaches to improve students'class engagement.
