去产能背景下职工分流安置与高校创业教育社区化问题探讨

摘　　要：探讨我国去产能背景下部分行业的职工分流安置问题,构建与市场需求相适应的应用型创新创业人才培养体系、建立基于协同创新创业人才培养平台的社区化教育机制、成立"校-企-社区"协同创业工作室和健全项目全程跟踪与持续训练机制,以高校创业教育社区化开辟去产能背景下分流安置职工创业新途径。Through discussing the construction of innovative talents based on cooperative application and innovation,personnel training platform for the community of education mechanism,establishment of"schoolenterprise-community"collaborative venture studio and sounding project tracking and continuous training mechanism and college-entrepreneurship-community entrepreneurship education are put forward.
