摘 要:“师德自觉”不是教师对师德规范的表浅认识,而是其从历史维度对自身职业地位及作用的全面认知、对师道和师德内涵的深刻体悟、对自己肩负的社会责任与使命的主动担当。师德建设不能仅靠外部规范,教师的师德自觉是其内生动力。从现实维度看,师德自觉不只是教师个体之事,师道的弘扬、教师尊严地位的维护、师德规范及标准的制定等,与国家、教育主管部门乃至公众的作为密切相关。教师主体之历史维度的师德自觉与现实维度的职业体验相一致,师德建设才能取得成效。“Teachers’moral consciousness”is not teachers’superficial understanding about moral norms,but a comprehensive awareness of their professional status and function from the historical dimension,a profound comprehension to the meaning of the principles and the moral connotation of teachers and initiative undertake heir social responsibility and mission.The construction of teachers’morality should not rely solely on external norms.Teachers’moral consciousness is its internal motive force.From the perspective of reality,teachers’moral consciousness is not just about teachers themselves.The development of the principles of being a teacher,the maintenance of teachers’dignity and the establishment of teachers’moral norms is closely related with the deeds of country,education authorities and the public.The construction of teacher’s morality can get effective results if teachers’moral consciousness in the historical dimension is consistent with their professional experience in the realistic dimension.
