摘　　要：探索问题学习法(PBL)教学结合综合设计性实验教学新模式在天然药物化学实验教学中的应用效果。通过实施PBL教学结合综合设计性实验模式的教学组相对于传统教学组学生实验技能掌握与提高较好;问卷调查结果显示大部分学生对于新的教学模式比较满意。说明PBL教学法结合设计性实验教学模式激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了文献学习能力以及思考问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。The teaching of Natural Medicine Chemistry experiment by PBL teaching method and design experiment was studied.By the PBL teaching method and design experiment,the students experimental skills were improved.The questionnaire survey results showed that most of the students were satisfied with the new teaching method.The PBL teaching method combined with design experiment teaching can arouse students interests in learning,improve the ability of literature learning and ability to think,analyze and solve problems.
