摘　　要：为了做好教育的供给侧改革,培养更加贴合社会所需的人才,以提高学生的就业质量。在前人研究的基础上,利用前程无忧网站的数据对UI方向人才需求进行分析,并结合兰州石化职业技术学院数字媒体技术专业人才培养方案要求,实现了适合高职院校的数字媒体技术专业UI方向课程建设,包括课程体系和教学内容的确定。并应用于实际教学过程之中,取得了较好的效果。To better realize the supply-side structural reform of education,fostering talents with a closer matching to demand of society and further improving employment quality of students.We are using data from 51job analyzing demands of UI orientation talents based on predecessor’s research.Combining the requirements of talent fostering plan of digital media technology in Lanzhou Petrochemical Polytechnic with the analysis,we have completed a trimmed curriculum building of UI orientation for higher vocational colleges,covering curriculum system and content of courses which were already put into practice and achieved a good result.
